When Acupuncture meets Movement

I studied Western Medicine Foundation and two different majors in TCM: Acupuncture 针灸 and Tui Na Massage 推拿 in a five-year curriculum at the Shenzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I completed extensive internships at various clinics in the Netherlands and China. This has helped me gain a deeper understanding of the human body, meridians, acupuncture points, as well as anatomy and physiology, including muscles, skeleton, and nerves. By combining TCM therapies with movement practices such as Yoga and Qi Gong, I offer a unique and comprehensive treatment plan. I primarily treat the following conditions: pain management and stress relief.

Pain Management

Pain management for conditions such as skeletal muscle tension, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, numbness or tingling in arms, hands or legs, lower back pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, swollen knees, and painful ankles.

Stress Relief

Stress relief for conditions such as anxiety, restlessness, tension headaches, difficulty relaxing, tiredness, fatigue, lack of energy and insomnia.
