📍 Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Otherwise, a €50 fee applies to late cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as the reserved treatment slot cannot usually be filled on short notice.
Insurance Reimbursement
Acupuncture treatments are recognized by Dutch healthcare insurers through professional registrations. I am registered with AGB code (Zorgverlener) and a member of:
• NVA (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Acupunctuur)
• KAB (Koepel Alternatieve Behandelwijzen)
• ETCAM (European Traditional Chinese Medicine Association)
Treatments fees are partially reimbursed Dutch health insurers under the Aanvullende Verzekering (supplementary healthcare package) as Alternative Care (Alternative Geneeswijzen / Complementaire Zorg).
